Do you accept employer, corporate or insurance-paid leases? Yes! We love partnering with employers, insurance companies, and relocation services to make the leasing process seamless. Simply provide a signed Lease Guarantee or Confirmation from your company, and we’ll take care of the rest. (download here) ​ No personal income, employment verification, or rental history needed … just easy, stress-free leasing made simple.

We have a 1 month minimum stay. You can request a longer term upfront or simply go month-to-month after your first month. We always try our best to accommodate your needs.

We love pets, so some of our units allow pets, it will say on the details page. If the unit is in an apartment or condo, it will depend on the property rules for that rental. If it is a unit that allows pets, there will be an additional pet cleaning fee.

Here is the process for leasing one of our units. We start with a Tenant Screening.1.Let us know your Full Name and Email Address and we order the Tenant Screening through KeyCheck (they are part of with Furnished Finder). They will reach out to you to proceed.2. You will need to completes a Tenant Screening - the cost is $44.99 - paid to KeyCheck. 3. Once we receive the Tenant Screening and you are approved, we will send you our application and the lease for your review and signature.4. Once the lease is signed, we will send you a link for the security deposit, first months rent, and cleaning fee.5. Once we receive everything, we reserve the unit for you and we block off our on-line calendar for the dates in your lease.The first month's rent is due 5 days before move in.All of our units have everything you need, you can simply move in and enjoy your stay!

We look at four main things: • Income - should be at least 2x the monthly rent • Credit: Generally, we prefer a credit score of 640+ • Employment: Stable, ongoing work history • Rental or Mortgage History On-time payments and good referencesYou only need to meet three of the four to qualify. If you have challenges, we may still be able to work with you. Life happens, let us know up front, and let's have a conversation. PLEASE NOTE: If your employer or insurance company is paying the rent, no personal income, employment or rental history is required.

Unfortunately, we are not able to approve applicants with: • A felony in the last 5 years • Serious convictions (ex. homicide, stalking, sex offenses, terrorism) • Eviction in the last 3 years (unless resolved or dismissed) • False or incomplete information on your application • Poor landlord references (unpaid rent, major lease violations)

There is no cost for the application. The Tenant Screening will cost $44.95 per adult.

The refundable security deposit amount varies by unit, please see the details for property you are interested in for the deposit amount for that property.

Yes! Your security deposit is fully refundable as long as there is no damage and all items are accounted for. After you check out, our cleaning company will inspect the property and verify the inventory. If anything is missing or damaged, the cost will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. We typically issue refunds within 5–7 days of your departure.

There is a cleaning fee that is listed on each property's detail page. If the property allows pets, there would be a pet cleaning fee as well and may be a pet deposit fee. Any fees will be listed on the property detail page.

No, we do not hold units without a signed lease and full payment of all move-in fees including: • Security Deposit (varies by unit) • $200 Move-Out Cleaning Fee • $500 deposit toward first month's rentUnits are reserved only once these steps are complete. This is on a first come, first served process.Because our properties are listed on several platforms, they can be booked before it shows on our calendar. To secure your rental, we recommend completing your application lease signing, and payments as soon as possible.
